Careers & Partnerships at IT ME Services
We’re always interested in hearing from IT professionals, self-employed engineers, and fellow IT companies who want to work together.
No vacancies right now — but we’re always listening
We don’t have any advertised positions at the moment, but that doesn’t mean we’re not interested in you. We prefer to build relationships with good people before we need them, so if you think you’d be a good fit for the IT ME Services team, please get in touch. We’ll keep your details on file and reach out when something comes up.
What we do and who we look for
We’re a Wisbech-based managed IT support company serving small and medium businesses across Cambridgeshire and beyond. Day to day, that means helpdesk support, on-site visits, network and server work, VoIP telephony, broadband, and Microsoft 365. We’re a small, direct team — no layers of management, no scripted support processes. If something needs fixing, we fix it.
The kinds of people we work well with:
Field & helpdesk engineers
Experienced in Windows desktop and server environments, comfortable working directly with clients, and happy rolling up their sleeves on anything from a printer issue to a server migration.
Self-employed IT engineers
If you work for yourself and have capacity, we’re always open to working with skilled independents on an ad-hoc or regular basis — particularly for on-site work outside our immediate area.
Network & infrastructure specialists
Particularly those with experience in business WiFi, structured cabling, firewall configuration, or VoIP deployments. We carry out Ekahau wireless surveys and need reliable hands-on engineers to deliver the work.
Account managers & customer-facing roles
People who understand IT and can have a straight conversation with a business owner about what they need — not someone reading from a script. Relationship-building matters more to us than sales targets.
Working with other IT companies
We believe the IT industry works better when companies help each other. We’re happy to work alongside other IT support businesses — yes, including those who might be considered competitors. If you have a client who needs something outside your coverage area, or you need an extra pair of hands on a large project, pick up the phone. We operate the same way in return.
We’ve found that a straightforward, collaborative approach is better for everyone — especially for the end client. If you run an IT company and want to explore how we might support each other, we’re genuinely interested in that conversation.
Got overflow work or a gap in your coverage? We’re based in Wisbech and cover Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and surrounding areas. If you’re an IT company with clients in our patch and need reliable local support, get in touch.
Send us a speculative application
Whether you’re looking for employment, self-employed work, or a business-to-business arrangement, the best thing to do is email us directly. Tell us a bit about your background, what you’re looking for, and the kind of work you’re best at. We read everything that comes in.
